Development at the Heart of the Caribbean
This ten-day cruise is a unique opportunity to combine intensive self-development with the discovery of the Caribbean’s paradisiacal corners. Aboard a luxurious catamaran, in an intimate group, and under the guidance of Kamila Rowińska, you gain the space for in-depth development, reflection, and valuable networking.
We set sail on January 9th from one of the main marinas in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) archipelago. Upon boarding, there will be a briefing, organizational instructions, and the first communal dinner, concluding with a mastermind session. From the very beginning, we focus on what matters most to you.
About Kamila Rowińska
Kamila Rowińska is a respected business mentor, certified coach, and licensed facilitator with many years of experience. She is the author of eight books on self-improvement and effective team functioning. Her most recognized titles include “Kobieta niezależna” (The Independent Woman) and “Buduj życie świadomie i z odwagą” (Build Your Life Consciously and with Courage).
She earned her education at the Silesian University of Technology, where she studied management, and developed her coaching competencies at the Laboratory of Psychoeducation at the SWPS University.
As an inspiring speaker and educator, Kamila runs her own personal development courses and training, including the “Kobieta niezależna” and “VIP Day” programs. Every year, she works with thousands of participants in Poland and abroad—including the UK, Belgium, and Ireland. Her mission is to strengthen self-worth, develop sales skills, and teach assertive yet conscious communication—always based on practical methods and a well-planned work structure.
What does a typical day look like?
Mornings are for waking up—for those interested, there are morning swims, breathing exercises, or a physical warm-up. An alternative is a peaceful breakfast with coffee on deck and a view of the turquoise water. We then sail towards the next islands and bays.
We stop in locations ideal for swimming, sunbathing, SUPs, snorkeling, and brainstorming sessions in small groups or individually. Lunch is served midway through the day, and in the evenings—after dinner in a marina or at anchor—we gather for joint mastermind sessions with Kamila.
The evening meetings are the heart of the entire program—this is when, with full focus and openness, we discuss topics crucial to the participants, leveraging the experience and perspectives of the entire crew.
What does the price include?
- A spot in a double cabin with a bathroom, shower, and air conditioning.
- Participation in the full mastermind program with Kamila Rowińska.
- Access to a fully equipped kitchen: French-door refrigerator, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, Tefal grill (with waffle iron), and outdoor grill.
- Breakfasts, lunches, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks are included.
- Use of all on-board equipment: 2x SUPs, underwater scooter, snorkeling sets, Highfield 4m dinghy with a 50HP engine, wakeboard, and towable tube.
- All yacht and organizational fees are included in the price.
Additional Costs
The only additional costs are:
- Flights and travel to the starting location of the cruise.
- Dinners taken off the catamaran, alcoholic beverages.
- Entrance fees to national parks and other individual expenses ashore.
Booking and Payment
- Participation Cost: 4900 Euro net
- To reserve your spot, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining amount is payable no later than 3 months before the cruise.
- The number of places is limited to 8 people.
