The Creators of Sailing to Success
Sailing to Success was founded by Michał Czujko and Marek Tulin—sailors to the core, entrepreneurs, and organizers of voyages, yacht charters, and mastermind expeditions. Together, we’ve logged over 45,000 nautical miles and visited more than a hundred ports across some of the world’s most beautiful coastal countries.
We’ve sailed from the Baltic to the Caribbean and the Pacific: the Baltic (Gdańsk, Visby), the Adriatic and Mediterranean (Split, Hvar, Korčula, Sardinia, Sicily, Ibiza), and across the Atlantic via Gibraltar, the Canaries, and Cape Verde—with return passages through the Azores. In the Caribbean, we run trips from Martinique through the Grenadines (Bequia, Tobago Cays, Mustique) and across the BVI (Virgin Gorda, Anegada, Jost Van Dyke). Our logs even include long-haul ocean crossings in the Pacific, such as the Philippines–Kiritimati–Costa Rica route.

It's experience built over years—ranging from calm seas to winds exceeding 60 knots.
