We invite you to a week-long mastermind cruise on the Adriatic waters—with Kamila Rowińska aboard a luxury catamaran. This is the ideal setting for individuals who wish to combine personal and professional development with sailing through the most beautiful parts of the Croatian coast. An intimate group, intensive exchange of experiences, time for reflection, regeneration, and 1:1 conversations—all in exceptional conditions, far from the everyday routine.
The cruise starts on June 27th. The first day includes a safety briefing, organizational review, and a communal dinner during which participants define their goals, topics, and expectations for the entire week. The first mastermind session begins that very evening.
About Kamila Rowińska
Kamila Rowińska is an experienced business trainer, accredited coach, and certified master facilitator who has authored eight publications on personal development and teamwork. Her best-known guides include “Kobieta niezależna” (The Independent Woman) and “Buduj życie odpowiedzialnie i zuchwale” (Build Your Life Responsibly and Boldly). She studied management at the Silesian University of Technology and completed her coaching training at the Laboratory of Psychoeducation at SWPS University.
As a charismatic speaker and trainer, she leads proprietary development programs, such as “Kobieta niezależna” and “VIP Day,” supporting thousands of people annually in Poland, the UK, Belgium, and Ireland. Her activities focus on strengthening self-confidence, effective sales, and assertiveness—all delivered in a practical and organized manner.
The Daily Rhythm – Calm, Inspiration, and Space for Change
Each day can begin actively—with morning breathwork, a sea swim, a short stretch on land, or simply coffee with a view of the water. Breakfast is a time for calm conversations and planning the day. Afterward, we set sail for the next bay, island, or port—with time for swimming, relaxation, and brainstorming sessions in smaller groups.
We stop both in wild coves and city marinas—in the evenings, we visit local restaurants or sleep at anchor under the starry sky. A mastermind session always takes place after dinner—analyzing topics submitted by participants and led by Kamila Rowińska.
This is a time for in-depth reflection, concrete conclusions, and genuine group support. Every participant receives space to share their challenges, plans, and decisions.
Who is This Cruise For?
This proposal is for entrepreneurs, leaders, and individuals seeking inspiration and support in consciously directing their development. No sailing experience is required—we ensure complete safety and professional skipper care on board.
The group size is limited to a maximum of 12 people, including the facilitator and organizers, which fosters deep relationships and real progress toward your goals in an atmosphere of trust and openness.
Catamaran Standard and Terms of Participation
Each participant has a spot in a double cabin with a private bathroom, shower, and air conditioning. The catamaran features a fully equipped kitchen with a French-door refrigerator, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, Tefal grill (with a waffle function), and an outdoor grill.
The price includes daily breakfasts, lunches, water, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks. The catamaran is also equipped with recreational gear: 2 SUP boards, an underwater scooter, snorkeling sets, a 4-meter Highfield dinghy with a 50HP Honda engine, a wakeboard, and a towable tube.
Costs and Booking
The cost of participation in the mastermind cruise with Kamila Rowińska is 4600 Euro net.
The price includes:
- A place in a double cabin with a private bathroom, shower, and air conditioning.
- Participation in the full development program (mastermind) led by Kamila Rowińska.
- Full daily board on deck: breakfasts, lunches, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks.
- Access to the fully equipped kitchen and all amenities on the catamaran.
- Use of water equipment: 2x SUP, underwater scooter, snorkeling sets, wakeboard, tube, Highfield dinghy with a 50HP engine.
- All yacht-related costs are already included in the price.
The only additional costs are:
- Travel to the starting location of the cruise (Croatia).
- Dinners in shore restaurants.
- Individual expenses (e.g., coffee, alcoholic beverages, national park entrance fees).
To reserve a spot, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining amount is payable no later than 3 months before the cruise.
