The creators of Sailing to Success
We are the founders of Sailing to Success—a project where sailing, entrepreneurship, and personal growth come together. We organize mastermind voyages, crewed yacht charters, and sailing courses for beginners. With tens of thousands of nautical miles behind us, countless hours on watch, and ports visited from the Baltic to the Caribbean, we’ve built a foundation on our own Bali 5.4 catamaran. It’s more than just a yacht—it’s a space where decisions are made, relationships grow, and projects take shape.
Both of us were raised by the sea. Michał took his first steps on deck at the age of seven aboard the legendary “Generał Zaruski,” trained on Omega-class boats, and crossed the Baltic, Atlantic, and Pacific—including a six-week stretch without sight of land. Marek grew up in a harbor, worked on fishing boats, and later built companies in Scandinavia. We first met on a sailing trip in Croatia and quickly discovered a shared vision: combining the freedom of the sea with the depth of personal and business development. Not a conference room, but a deck. Not a quick lecture, but a full week of meaningful conversations, small-group work, and genuine support.

It gives you the chance to pause, look at life from a broader perspective, and notice what everyday routines often make us miss. On board, we build relationships founded on trust and authenticity—not through formality, but through genuine exchange of ideas.
We want each voyage to be a catalyst for change—whether in business, relationships, or life decisions. In an intimate setting, it’s easier to be open, spark powerful brainstorming sessions, and create actionable plans. For us, business at sea is not a slogan—it’s a way to gain perspective and return to shore with real outcomes.
For us, the sea is far more than just a backdrop for photos. It’s a place where people grow faster into important decisions, where new companies and friendships are born, and where “business on a yacht” becomes more than just a phrase. That’s why we created Sailing to Success: voyages, crewed yacht charters, and mastermind sailing experiences—always intimate, never rushed, and with real, lasting results.
We sail from the Baltic to the Caribbean and beyond. In the Baltic, we return to Gdańsk and Gdynia as well as Gotland (Visby). In Croatia (the Adriatic), we usually depart from Split or Trogir and visit Hvar, Vis, Korčula, the Pakleni Islands, and Šibenik. Across the Mediterranean, we’ve sailed through Sicily (Palermo), Sardinia (Olbia/Cagliari), and Ibiza. Each autumn, we pass through Gibraltar, heading on to the Canary Islands and Cape Verde. In the Caribbean, our voyages run from Martinique to St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines (Bequia, Tobago Cays, Mustique, Union Island), and through the BVI: Virgin Gorda (The Baths, Saba Rock), Anegada, Jost Van Dyke, Norman Island, Scrub Island, and Guana. On the return to Europe, we stop at the Azores (Horta, Ponta Delgada). Our logbook even includes Pacific passages—from the Philippines via Kiritimati (Christmas Island) to Costa Rica, as well as the Tasman Sea off Australia and New Zealand, including one of the most beautiful islands in the world, Lord Howe Island.
We’ve sailed through the bora and mistral winds of the Adriatic and Tyrrhenian Seas, the sudden weather shifts of the Baltic, the steady trade winds and squalls of the Atlantic and Caribbean, and tidal waters with night watches on ocean crossings. This experience shapes how we plan our routes, organize watches, and ensure safety—so that even a beginner’s sailing course is both comfortable and secure.
We sail on our own Bali 5.4 catamaran. With six cabins, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning, a panoramic lounge, and an open-concept kitchen, it offers space for both work and relaxation. Owning the yacht means we take responsibility for every detail.
