Join an extraordinary mastermind sailing retreat — a week-long journey that blends personal growth, business development, and sailing around the Balearic Islands. We’ll embark from Ibiza, where our floating workspace — a comfortable catamaran — becomes a space for connection, learning, and relaxation. Each day combines mastermind sessions with exploration of the stunning coastline, bays, and local culture of Ibiza and Formentera.
On board, you’ll meet Paulina Rompczyk and Michał Czerkas, who will lead evening mastermind sessions and guide participants through real professional and personal breakthroughs.
Paulina Rompczyk is not only an accomplished ballroom dancer with over 15 years of international stage experience, but also a coach who uses movement as a tool for personal transformation. From the age of five, she has refined her skills through championships and international performances. Today, she runs the Rompczyk Dance Academy, offering bachata, latino, and styling courses that enhance self-confidence, body awareness, and emotional balance. Her unique approach combines technical mastery with deep self-development work.
Michał Czerkas is a highly experienced personal trainer from Gdańsk, specializing in strength and endurance training — including triathlon and swimming. He works with individuals and groups, focusing on the connection between physical conditioning and mental resilience. His methods perfectly complement Paulina’s, creating a balance between energy, structure, and inner focus.
Together, they create a powerful synergy — helping you rediscover your strength, clarity, and authenticity, both in business and in life.
Daily plan (overview)
Mornings – optional physical activity (breathing, stretching, SUP), followed by breakfast and conversations about business, goals, and mindset.
Midday & afternoons – sailing between Ibiza and Formentera, time for swimming, snorkeling, beach walks, or quiet reflection.
Evenings – shared dinners in local restaurants or on deck, followed by mastermind sessions in a small, trusted circle.
Route
The route will be adjusted to the weather and group preferences. Possible destinations include:
Formentera, Es Vedrà, Cala Saona, Ses Illetes, Santa Eulalia, Cala d’Hort, and other hidden bays and beaches of Ibiza.
