About Kamila Rowińska
Kamila Rowińska is an acclaimed business trainer, coach, certified master facilitator, and degreed coach. She is the author and co-author of eight books on business and coaching topics, including the bestseller “Kobieta niezależna” (The Independent Woman) and “Buduj życie odpowiedzialnie i zuchwale” (Build Your Life Responsibly and Boldly). She received her education at the Silesian University of Technology (Enterprise Management) and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS), which successfully combines an operational perspective with the depth of personal development.
She is a dynamic motivational speaker who conducts proprietary training and workshops for women and leaders, including “Kobieta niezależna” and “VIP Day”—intensive strategic sessions for entrepreneurs. The Daily Rhythm – Balance Between Development and Relaxation
We begin each day with morning activity—options include breathwork, a sea swim, a stretch on the beach, or a quiet start with coffee on deck. Breakfast often flows into conversation, and then we set off towards the next islands.
The first stop is usually a secluded bay—perfect for swimming, snorkeling, SUPs, jumping off the bow, or relaxing on the catamaran’s net. In between, we prepare lunch, share experiences, and begin conversations in smaller groups or individually.
Afternoons involve sailing towards a marina, a new island, or a bay, where we go for a communal dinner at a local restaurant. Sometimes, however, we anchor for the night—in complete silence, under the starry sky, taking a pre-sleep swim in the sea. These are moments you won’t forget.
Every evening is capped by a mastermind session with Kamila—focused on the most important topics brought forward by the participants. This is a moment for deep analysis, inspiration, and joint conclusion-making based on the stories and experiences of others.
Who is This Cruise For
This offer is aimed at entrepreneurs, leaders, and individuals actively developing themselves and their projects. The intimate group (a maximum of 12 people, including the facilitator and organizers) allows for genuine interaction, 1:1 work, and relationship building that often lasts long after disembarking.
You do not need any sailing experience—the entire navigation and safety aspect is handled by an experienced skipper and crew. You can focus on development, rest, and exploring the beauty of the tropics.
